Sector 1045 was a sector of Federation space near the Romulan Neutral Zone.
After Shinzon's coup d'état on Romulus in 2379, Star Fleet Battle Group Omega assembled in Sector 1045 to potentially combat the rising Reman threat, and the USS Enterprise-E hoped to rendezvous with the group there in an attempt to stop the Scimitar. (Star Trek Nemesis)
