A meeting between all the Oralian sector powers takes place.

Synopsis

Captain Kelsoe and the crew of the USS Pioneer return to Deep Space 5 to assist Admiral Harold Anton, the Starfleet Commander, in preparing for the Oralian Peace Conference. Commander Tuff works with the station security on security preparations. The conference is held, but something does not seem right to either Kelsoe or Tuff.
