The Cardassian Seventeenth Order was a military unit in the Cardassian Guard.
The Seventeenth was paired with the Fifteenth Order and an equal number of Jem'Hadar vessels and tasked with taking the Bolarus system. It came within two systems of Bolarus before the attack was halted at Kumerak IV. It was driven back after the Federation's Operation Blue Room. (The Dominion War Sourcebook: The Fires of Armageddon)
