So'ja High Command

The So'ja High Command was the military command unit of the So'ja Coalition. (Star Trek: Pioneer)

Structure

The So'ja High Command was lead by the Admiralty, with a commander and four lieutenants. The commander chairs the Admiralty has the defacto commanding officer of the entire so'jan military. He was given the rank of Supreme Admiral. One of his four lieutenants was given the rank of Major Admiral and was the defacto second-in-command of the entire military. Authority

The High Command's authority included all aspects of the so'jan military, including ground forces, the fleet, the imperial guard, as well as the Okad Pahn. ("Torment and Woe")
