Star Trek: Lionheart, known as "Leo" to its members, is an ongoing saga of adventure centered around the USS Lionheart, set almost eight years into the Reconstruction Era following the Dominion War. The operations of the sim primarily focus around a hybrid system. They combine the quick response and speed granted by live-action sims (featured on Sunday, 8:00 PM EST) with additional contributions in the form of logs, adding extra dimensions and back-stories around the framework formed in the sims.

Heavily inspired by Star Trek: The Next Generation, the Lionheart's primary focus is exploration. This is not solely exploration of the universe in which the Lionheart resides, but rather exploration of various issues that are present in day-to-day life. Lionheart allegorizes these and many more via the hybrid sim status that it adopts. It stands to establish a place to allow simmers to share imagination and creativity, with a keen focus on the avenues of character growth and drama even in the midst of action-packed live storylines.

The Lionheart is said to be appearing in the mod The Ultimate Universe, for the video game Star Trek: Legacy.
