Star Trek: What If (stylized as Star Trek: What If...) is a fan-fiction series by William "Blissey" Raymer that imagines how events at key parts in Star Trek franchise history would have occurred if certain details had changed.
The series was inspired by the Marvel Comics series What If and the animated television series based on it, which followed the same idea but utilizing Marvel's iconic roster of characters.

1. What If...Peanut Hamper Really Redeemed Herself?
2. What If...Eddie Murphy Starred in STAR TREK IV?
3. What If...Rain Robinson Left the 20th Century?

- Star Trek: Voyager
- Star Trek: Enterprise
- Star Trek: Discovery
- Star Trek: Picard
- Star Trek: Lower Decks
