Updated logo for Star Trek: Zeta
Star Trek: Zeta was a fan audio drama in pre-production stages, intended to be launched by Zeta Productions. Work on the series was due to begin in early summer 2010. The story follows a small fleet of ships, setting up a new colony. While work begins some of the fleet is pulled into a previously undiscovered wormhole, throwing them to the other side of the galaxy. On the furthest edges of the Delta and Gamma Quadrant, in an area known as the Zeta Expanse. Focusing on the USS Gemini and the rest of the fleet, we follow them coming to terms with the distance between them and home, as they carry on their mission, expanding the Federation in the expanse.
As of January 2025, work has begun to revive this series, with much of the original stories and ideas being updated to suit new ideas and developments. There is currently no release date, but work continues to finally bring Star Trek: Zeta to fruition with a hoped release of episode 1 in early 2026.
