Starbase 125

Starbase 125 is a Federation deep space station located near the Romulan Neutral Zone.

Garrett and her parents lived on Starbase 125, where her parents were stationed, during her early childhood. One night, Garrett awoke to a strange blue glow fading, and ever since that night, she claimed she was "good with numbers". (Star Trek: The Prospect Chronicles: "Lady Lazarus") We assume this would have been in the late 2340s or early 2350s.
