Starbase 129 is a Federation facility operated by Starfleet in the 24th century. It was not far from the Cardassian border.

Dr. Christina Canapp was stationed aboard Starbase 129 in the 2370s, and Eli Castien served as a counselor on the station after the Dominion War. (Star Trek: Pendragon)
