Starbase 19

Starbase 19 was a United Federation of Planets facility active in the 23rd century.

During the Federation-Klingon War, this was one of three Federation starbases attacked by Klingon forces, resulting in the destruction of one-third of Starfleet's vessels. (DIS: "The War Without, The War Within")
