Starbase 20 was a United Federation of Planets Starfleet facility active in the 23rd and 24th centuries.

Commodore Gerald Morris was the vice commander of the starbase in the 2260s. (Starship Farragut)

Star Trek: Pendragon

The starbase orbited Vista Prime in Sector 21087, near the Eagle's Nest Cluster. Beginning in 2364, it was the base of operations for the Eagle's Nest Squadron, and port of call for the USS Scandalon.
