Starbase 26

Starbase 26 was a United Federation of Planets facility active in the 23rd century.

It was located near Serenidad and Trinar V. (Orion Press: "The Cost of Freedom")

After an encounter in the Mirror Universe that resulted in heavy damages to the USS Farragut, the ship headed at reduced power to Starbase 26 for repairs. (FAR: "Homecoming")

Starbase 26 was the last port of call for USS Aristarchus prior to its being attacked in February, 2289. (Star Trek: Avenger: "Sabotage Stratagems")
