Starbase 544 was a Federation starbase that was in operation during the 24th century.

In 2375, Starbase 544 was destroyed in a surprise attack by a Cardassian raiding party that included the Keldon-class, Il'ghut. (Ship Recognition Manual, Volume 2: Starships of the Cardassian Union)
