A Federation Starbase located in the Gamma Quadrant in 2380. It was built in orbit of Jestra V, the first place in the Gamma Quadrant to have Federation citizens take home. It is commanded by Commodore Gorak.
In 2381, the Starbase took home to more than a Thousand new occupants when half of the planet Jestra V became castrated by the Kei organisms.
