Starbase 61

Starbase 61 was a United Federation of Planets facility extant in the early 2290s.

After Hayden Pope's engine modifications threw the USS Avenger a couple of hundred light-years off course, Starbase 61 was the nearest base to their new location. (Star Trek: Avenger: "Belonging")
