Starbase 771

Starbase 771 was a Federation outpost constructed in the F'asa sector of the Delta Quadrant, after the conclusion of the Falcarian War in 2382. The starbase's primary mission was to support Starfleet's exploration of the are of the Delta Quadrant surrounding the Delta Wormhole. (Delta Fleet (PBEM))
