The Fourth Regiment was a regiment of the Starfleet Marine Corps active during the Four Years War between the United Federation of Planets and the Klingon Empire. (FASA RPG: The Four Years War)
Known as the "Fighting Fourth", the regiment was embarked on USS Landover.
