Starfleet Corps of Engineers Research Center

The Starfleet Corps of Engineers Research Center was a facility located in New London, Connecticut on Earth. Nicknamed "the Circus," the center was a teaching institute as well as an active research facility. As an engineering cadet, Ben Bartholomew served at the Center from during his junior and senior years at Starfleet Academy (2360-2361).
