The Starfleet Marine Corps Seventh Brigade, Fifth Battalion was an element of the Starfleet Marine Corps in Starfleet International. Its jurisdiction corresponded to the state of New York.

Background information[]
- The Fifth Battalion was one of six battalions assigned to the Seventh Brigade in the Starfleet Marine Corps during the 23rd and 24th centuries. It was known as the "Empire Raiders" and the brigade motto was "We Make Our Own Luck."
- In 2385, the 5th Battalion's OIC was Brigadier Kyle J. Wolf.
- Currently, the 5th Battalion is deactivated. There are three (3) MSGs that would fall under this Battalion.
