Strategical Starbase 71

Strategical Starbase 71 is one of ten Starfleet strategical starbases that was founded and began construction in 2376 to serve ten tactical fleets. Four years later, in January 2380, Starfleet brought Strategical Starbase 71 into service. In orbit over the Class M planet Forlan Prime, SSB 71 was the headquarters for the 5th Tactical Fleet, under the high command of Admiral Torias Tarun.
