Sulivac was the first officer and the chief medical officer of the Stoneship (BC-347). He was normally a demure person and one who didn't want to go on away teams very much. (Star Trek: The Stoneship Files)
Along with Akeelah and Brianna Reiss, he decided that the first officer of the Enterprise (BC-348) was Frinkor. (Star Trek: The Stoneship Files: "Attack on the Laboratory")
He was given the command of the Zedgar, with Mandy Guilmain replacing him as XO of the Stoneship. (Star Trek: The Stoneship Files: "Educational Armageddon")
