Before I go any further with this, I'd like some input. How should we list the various ASDB websites? There's trekships.org, asdb.net, and a few others.

And how should we reference things from Chris Wallace's tech manuals - like his version of Ships of the Star Fleet - in articles? --TimPendragon 18:45, 9 December 2007 (UTC)

You mean as articles, or as mentions in other articles? If we're going to have articles for those terms (hence links) (ex. trekships.org), I'm thinking, OTTOMH, "Advanced Starship Design Bureau" (using the example). (In fact, a template would be good for this.)
For the second, how about Ships of the Star Fleet? Doesn't have to be my way, though. Just suggesting.

Also, for the "ASDB (website)" link... if there's more than one, perhaps that should be (websites). Sasoriza AdmTlk 18:51, 9 December 2007 (UTC)

You're right. Given that, should it be a disambiguation page linking to the others or should we just list all the ASDB sites in different sections on one page?
Reference templates would be a great idea for this. ADSB1, ADSB2, etc? Or ADSBnet, ADSB-EAS (since TrekShips.org is affiliated with Ex Astris Scientia)? Or something else? --TimPendragon 20:07, 9 December 2007 (UTC)
It should be a disambig if there's sufficient content on those others. Otherwise, I say put 'em all on one page. Don't need a bunch more stubs lying around. As always they can be split off into separate pages if the one page gets too cumbersome.
I think you mean ASDB? Yeah, that sounds good; let's see what we can whip up. We can tweak 'em as we go. I just did one for SotSF (Wallace). Sasoriza AdmTlk 14:01, 10 December 2007 (UTC)
