Celes Tal Continuities[]
Agreed. I'll write my own page and link to your page. I'll definitely use the background information, minus that of Joshua Gunn. Would you mind if I used the same relatives you've listed with some history ideas?
For Celes Meru - She was taken from Tal when Tal was only a year old to Terek Nor as a comfort woman, where she became known as 'the Other Meru' (approximately five years after the DS9 Episode: Wrongs Darker than Death or Night). She couldn't live with herself so she tried to flee the station, killing Basso Tromac in the process before being killed by the Cardassians.
Because Tal didn't seem to have that bitterness or jaded nature of Bajorans who lived during the occupation (She'd have been nineteen when it ended in 2369) I decided to portray her as being raised by a Bajoran Expatriate family living in Federation space, in relative comfort but away from the Bajoran homeworld.
The arc where Voyager returns to the Alpha Quadrant (FAR later in my storyline) would entail her going to Bajor to search for the truth, accompanied by Henry Kano, her human husband (I'll write that article tonight). Thanks for the tip.
