Task Force 75 was a Starfleet task force extant in the late 24th century. It was part of the Starfleet Seventh Fleet.
In 2377-78, Commodore Mark Hanford was Task Force 75's commanding officer aboard the flagship USS Lexington, a Nebula-class light cruiser. Task Force 75, deployed near the Romulan Neutral Zone, was then homeported at Starbase 10. (Ships of the Star Fleet, Vol. 4: Star Fleet Operating Forces. )
