"The Doctor" as he's known to the crew is the chief medical officer aboard the Unreliable. He's a prototype of the Emergency Medical Hologram project, Mark 0.82 to be specific.

He was installed sometime prior to 2364.

He was found by Gary Calces in 2364 soon after the Unreliable took off, where he soon came into use analysing 2 visitors from the Mirror Universe. ("Mirror Leakage")
The Doctor was essential in curing Devoid from the Home Parasite, along with finding an antigen to it as a whole when he worked with the team on the USS Lynimick. Due to his heroic actions, he is given his own quarters. ("Parasitic Relic")

The next year, The Doctor was a part of the away team that journeyed down to the planet. He acted as a medic to a baby creature and stood against the ways of hunting as a whole. ("Fantasy Planet")
The Doctor also journeyed to the seemingly desolate USS Andromeda to recover some equipment, only to become part of a temporary crew to help destroy the factory acting as the chief engineer. He returned back to the Unreliable once the factory was destroyed. ("Rainbow Factory")
When warped to 2393, the Doctor helped the USS Phoenix-X with a chroniton experiment. This would become essential in defeating the Hiss. He also got a change in uniform, updating to the late 2360s design a few months before it was meant to debut in his timeline ("Convergencies")

Once Johannah Jackson joined the crew, the Doctor saw fit to protect her if things go wrong. He also helped find her Exsquiraloquisis. ("New Ewe On Deck")
