The Enclave was a port facility and settlement on an otherwise-unnamed planet in non-aligned space near the Pinchot Expanse. A "hive of scum and villainy," it was a haven for smugglers, illegal traders, and other criminals. The Federation, most especially Starfleet, were not welcome there. (Star Trek: Outpost)

Master Chief Burt Knox made frequent, mostly clandestine, trips to the Enclave in order to trade and scavenge parts for the USS Chimera.
