Summary

Cantabrian commanding officer Captain Noel Turner and his partner Counselor Scott Fack need a break, so they take some much-needed shore leave. But the holiday turns into a drive to solve a mystery, including finding out the possible fate of the Cantabrian's second commanding officer, Captain Jack Annand...
