The Third Terran Dominion was the violent and militaristic interstellar government located on Earth. It was a mirror universe counterpart of the United Federation of Planets, but did not exist in the same universe as the Terran Empire. The Emperor was Xavier IV. (Star Trek: Remington: "Reflection")
The primary fighting force of the Dominion was the Grand Fleet, commanded by Fleet Admiral Maxwell Gray, who commanded from his flagship, the Unconquerable.
