Timothy Harper

Timothy Harper was a Federation Starfleet tactical officer and engineer, then line officer, on active duty in the late 23rd and early 24th centuries.

Prior to succeeding Sian Gabriel as commanding officer of the USS Deimos (Starship Deimos: "Dream Time"), Harper had been the ship's chief engineer. ("Leviathan", "Together in the Night")

Before about 2304, Harper had been a tactical officer on the Deimos, and was one of two often seen on the bridge at the same time during alpha shift. The other was Lieutenant Xander Williams. ("Where They Have Gone, We Follow", "Diplomatic Relations")

It was never explicitly stated that Harper was the chief tactical officer of Deimos, though he was the one present at command-staff meetings, such as in "Butterfly Effect".)

Harper had been awarded the Star Cross. ("Leviathan")
