History[]
In 2410, Captain Oroku Seifer, in an attempt to lure anaphasic lifeforms to Earth, initiated a transport for Tomsin through an artificial atmospheric distortion in a small patch of Earth's atmosphere and caused him to be transporter duplicated as Tomsin. Both Tomsins, after failing to join the USS Valhalla, were later sent to take a position aboard the USS Ragnarok. ("Tabletop Beginnings")
