Trinik was a Vulcan Starfleet officer serving as beta shift tactical officer on the USS Eagle. He joined the crew in 2372 as an Ensign and was given additional training by the ship's chief tactical officer So'Dan Leva.
Trinik was promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade at some point before 2374. (The Star Eagle Adventures)
