UPAC (or United Producers of Artistic Creations) was an editor of holographic programs based on Azkapanama.

Its former CEO, Metraux, was murdered in the wake of an embezzlement scandal that hit him pertaining to the comnstruction of Unity Three Starbase, after purchasing Angry Gréviste Studios for 2.46 billion latinum slips, and pursuing Super Mario Br'Hausse 2: Corruption to completion. Tamara Savannah, as then-employee of UPAC, was found innocent of Metraux's murder but was guilty in conspiracy for theft of illegal substances and bribery. (Star Trek: False Vacuum: "Murder Grove")

UPAC was named after a Quebec anti-corruption police unit of the same name.
