USS Adventure was a Hermes-class scout on active duty in Starfleet during the 23rd century.
Adventure was built at Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards c. 2268 and sent to Starbase 16, where Captain Luca Radek was scheduled to take command. Adventure's acting executive officer was Lieutenant Sinead Kerr, an old friend of Radek's.
Most vessels of the Hermes class were tasked for Starfleet Intelligence missions, but the mission of the Adventure was science and exploration. Its first assignment was to pick up a science team on Remmel II and proceed to the Rings of Berenale. (Cloak and Dagger)
