In the 2260s, Captain Charles Boone -- formerly of the USS Monitor -- commanded Ajax. When the ship was attacked by the Orions, and nearly all of its officers and crew killed, its chief of security, Commander Colt, was the sole survivor. (The Outer Rim: "Another Door Opens")
