USS Akiraprise (NCC-91701) was an Akira-class heavy cruiser on active duty in Starfleet during at least the first quarter of the 25th century.

Background information[]
The Akiraprise was named after a running gag about the NX class being structurally very similar to the Akira class, even if the NX class predated Akiras by more than 200 years. Because the Enterprise was the lead ship of the NX class, itself part of a long lineage, the last four numbers of the Akiraprise's NCC was 1701.
