The USS Aldrin was an Olympic-class science vessel assigned out of Deep Space 12 in Sector 441. (Star Trek: Hidden Frontier: "Grave Matters")
History
On stardate 57425.1 in 2380, the Aldrin was assigned to a terraforming mission at Radjic VI, under the command of Captain Pamela Hardin. Lieutenant junior grade Corey Aster and Ensign Andrew Barrett of the USS Excelsior were briefly assigned to assist in the ship's mission. However, the mission was scrapped when skeletal Bajoran remains from an unknown resettlement camp were discovered.
The Aldrin remained on station while the USS Antietam and a Cardassian vessel were dispatched to assist in the investigation and began preliminary work of the scientific scans of the proceeding task.
