The SS Black Hawk (NC-158) (later USS Black Hawk (NCC-158)) was a Daedalus-class cruiser in service to, initally, the Earth Starfleet, and then the Federation Starfleet in the 22nd and 23rd centuries.

Nomenclature[]
The ship was named after Black Hawk (Sauk leader) (1767-1838), of the Sauk Native American tribe in what later would be known as the Midwest United States of America, on Earth; the Black Hawk War of April-August 1832; and sea vessels and spacecraft named Black Hawk.
