USS Caliborn (NCC-5306) was an Abbé-class PT destroyer on active duty in Starfleet during the early 24th century.

Caliborn was constructed at the Antares Naval Yards, Zora (Alpha Scorpii IX). The ship's motto was "Might in the Service of Right." She was commanded by Captain Robert Hawkins. (Starship Caliborn)

Caliborn's command base was Starbase 211.

The ship was recommissioned by Admiral Eugene Alwine when a targ of Klingon vessels was observed setting a direct course for Starbase 211. Robert Hawkins was given command, to the surprise of officers that had previously served on Caliborn. Due to the new CO's aggressive stance, the targ -- led by General Konnerk -- backed down.
