The USS Carpathia (NCC-43118) was an Excelsior-class Federation starship in service during the 24th century.
The Carpathia was a heavy participant in the Dominion War as part of the 352nd Tactical Wing. In 2375, Captain Roger Osmont led the vessel in the Attack on Carrier Alpha-26 . The Carpathia destroyed the Carrier by ramming it while activating the Auto-destruct sequence. For this heroic sacrifice, Captain Osmont and his crew were awarded the Christopher Pike Medal of Valor.
