The USS Clark (NCC-91075) was an Oberth-class science vessel in service to Starfleet in the 24th century.
In 2377, following the signing of the Venka Treaty, the USS Clark was allowed to enter the So'jan controlled Venka Nebula to explore and examine both the scientific and energy properties of the nebula's particles. (Star Trek: Pioneer)
In 2378, the USS Clark was attacked, within the Venka Nebula, by a ship from the So'ja Rebellion. Captain Allan Anthony was killed in the initial attack, leaving Commander Robert Tuff in command. Later, the USS Pioneer, under the command of Captain Benjamin Kelsoe, came to the Clark's rescue. The ship was unsalvageable, but most of the crew was saved. ("The So'ja Incident")
