The USS Franklin (NX-326) was a 22nd century Freedom-Class starship commanded by Captain Balthazar Edison. It's the first starship capable of Warp 4. (Star Trek Beyond)
As of 2164, it lies abandoned on Altamid after crash landing due to a wormhole displacement and the crew abandoning the wreck.

The Unreliable's Light[]
in 2366, following the recovery of the USS Enterprise-B and a rendevous with the USS Stargazer, the Unreliable arrived in orbit of Altamid to discover what the energy spike documented by the Stargazer was all about.
After an encounter with the killer robot KARCAAL, Johannah took a phaser to the cloak and disrupted it to the point of deactivation. The away team board the ship, with most heading to the bridge and meeting Jaylah, who had been using the ship as a house.
With a bit of work done by Johannah & Wally, the ship was able to take off from Altamid & assist the Unreliable in fighting a KARCAAL controlled ship. Upon the 2nd defeat of KARCAAL, the Unreliable began transporting the Franklin to the Fleet Museum (TUL: Old Freedom)
