Troubadour Station was a Starfleet International chapter based in St. Louis, Missouri, founded in 1996. Its fictional metaphor later changed to that of a Soyuz-class tactical frigate, USS Helen Pawlowski, in honor of their late commanding officer, Admiral Helen Pawlowski.
The chapter is currently (2021) based in Warwick, Rhode Island. The chapter president is Paul C. Dyl.
