USS Horizon (NCC-75668)

The USS Horizon (NCC-75668) was a Defiant-class starship named for the Daedalus-class USS Horizon (NCC-176) and was launched from the Beta Antares Fleet Yards on stardate 50969.2 under the command of the newly promoted Captain Declan O'Connell and assigned to take part in the attack on the Dominion's Torros III shipyards.

Dedication Plaque

The Horizon's dedication plaque is located on the starboard side of the bridge, above the bridge's Replicator, and beside starboard egress to deck one and bears the quote "Risk is our business" from the famous 23rd century Starfleet officer Captain James T. Kirk.
