The USS Humason (NCC-3861) (sometimes USS Milton Humason) was a Ptolemy-class (Doppler-subclass) tug/transport operating during the 23rd century.
- The Star Fleet Technical Manual misspells it as Humanson. The ship was named after the American astronomer Milton Humason (1891-1972).
Milton Humason was one of the many Starfleet vessels that greeted the USS Enterprise after she returned from testing the inversion-drive in 2275. (Star Trek: The Original Series novel: The Wounded Sky)
