In 2381, the Independence retrieve the Velosian Ambassador from Velos and brought him to the Deep Space Five. Following the terrorist attack by Tyson Calok during the Oralian Peace Conference, Admiral Harold Anton ordered the ship to portal the Tealuian-Federation border to look for traces of Calok.
