The USS Kolkata (NCC-10762) was a refitted Excelsior-class explorer starship in service to the Federation Starfleet prior to 2315. (The Unreliable's Light: Fantasy Planet)
In 2315, the ship had a major power failure above an unknown Class M Planet, causing it to crash into the ocean and killing a lot of the crew on impact. According to a head chef Breezie spoke to, what remained of the crew likely got to land, due to the head chef recognising the Starfleet delta on Breezie's combadge.
As of 2365, the ship served as a Gajalakan settlement, with power restored by the crew of the Unreliable in order to relay logs to their ship in order to find out information about what happened to the Kolkata and its crew.
