USS Pathfinder (NCC-74562)

The USS Pathfinder (NCC-74562) was a Federation Intrepid-class starship in 2373 that joined a group of vessels in a preemptive strike against the Dominion. While engaging Jem'Hadar ships, Pathfinder was destroyed, the only Federation ship to be lost during the mission. (Star Trek: Unlimited, Telepathy War: "Heart of Darkness")

Blood Of The Yakuza

The Pathfinder was lost soon after its launch in 2370, with parts of it discovered by the USS Valentine while it was on its way to a Yakuza asteroid base. Parts were taken from the Pathfinder such as the saucer section & warp nacelles in order to construct the lead ship of the Yakuza fleet, the Spartacus. (TUL: Blood Of The Yakuza)
