USS Savannah (Baton Rouge class)

USS Savannah was a Baton Rouge-class cruiser on active duty in Starfleet during the early 23rd century.

Savannah was one of the Federation starships that met IKV Fencer at the Federation-Klingon border and escorted it to Earth. (TOS novel: The Final Reflection)

Nomenclature

The ship was named after Savannah, Georgia, in North America on Earth.
