The USS Seacouver was a Highlander-class starship, in service of the Federation Starfleet during the late 24th century. The Seacouver was frequently assigned to border patrols, and also participated in several engagements led by the USS Pendragon during the 2380s. (Star Trek: Pendragon: "Above the Wrecks of Time")
