The USS Stenersen (NCC-499) was a Trent-class light destroyer, of the Dace subclass, in Starfleet service during the early- to mid-23rd century, and then recommissioned and upgraded to the modernized Kovaris subclass for the last part of the century. The Stenersen, named for a post-Romulan War merchant held in high esteem on Andor, had the distinction of being both the last of the Trents constructed (in 2215) and decommissioned (2295).(Star Fleet Starship Recognition Manual: Report: Trent Light Destroyers)
